I've done work for Tom Cruise, Cher, Greta Van Sustren of Fox news
Doing a job right the first time is the key to any project. I've been called in to finish or correct so many jobs I can't
recall them all. I have a strong work ethic which is emulated in my zest for doing a job the way it's expected to be done and
then doing more on top of that. My work is my art, I enjoy creating it and am proud of what I create.
The true reward for a job well done comes in the satisfaction that the product or service produced is more than was expected in the first place.
Libby Reagan, Clearwater Fla. client.
I grew up in Africa (1st 12 years) and then London. Later California, Texas,
and Florida. And Back to California.
As you can probably tell by now I'm a sailor.
I pretty much like more extracurricular activities than I don't, My dad
taught me to snorkel at age 3, body surf and water ski at 6, I got certified in
S.C.U.B.A diving at 14 (certified "crazy" at 15)......
I love my work, I consider it my art and I love to create good effects with
it. I like people, and I like people that like people.
I like to learn, I know what I know and know what I don't know, so don't be
surprised if I ask you a stupid question.
My personal integrity is far more important to me than my immediate life.
I follow a code of honor which follows a creed my father is proud of.
I strive to always do what I say I'll do, and say what I'll do. So if it's
hard to get a promise out of me, that's why, because I won't make a promise I'm
not sure I'll keep.
I have a lot of close friends.

Gypsea Lady in lake Okeechobee Fl. (sold 2002)
A friend had this to say in a poem to me:
Dear Jake,
Thank you for helping me rediscover my love of sailing! Here's to you.
Jake – The wild man from Africa
Wild man from Africa handsome yet rugged like the sea
Sailing with passion dreaming of adventures on his Gypsea Lady
Sheets to the windward lightning flashing above
Commanding the stormy ocean with his lady love
Riding the waves as they crash and moan
Seaworthy hands clasp the helm he sails her home
Maidens loved briefly in ports near and far they carry the flame
For the wild man from Africa and the sea calling his name
No land can possess him no harbors bind his soul
Only the sea the stars and Gypsea Lady the one true love he’s always known
