Gilson Project:

 Below was a renovation/room addition under a hillside home in Studio City California. I did the entire job with a helper including design, engineering, plans, framing, electrical, plumbing and all the cabinetry.

     (This project was completed in 1990, none of the earthquakes to follow had any effect to date, not even cracks)
