This water heater had no drain to the outside or sewer. Only new hardwood floors

and 2 more condos below!!!

Here it gets a new home in the laundry closet next to where it was.

The existing drain wasn't hard to find, it just wasn't easy to tie into cast iron!!!

I made the pan, laid the tile and did all the plumbing. The new tile pan  continues below the washer/dryer to the right.

Also, I hung these 3-0, 6-8,  SOLID core !! birch doors.
