 I was hired to finish building this house as superintendent 1996. The curved railing I did myself.

Below are houses I bought, renovated and sold in Tampa and Clearwater Florida 1998.

I did extensive renovations including:

Framing, plumbing, carpeting, A/C, kitchen cabinets, new windows and doors, new electrical panels with all new fixtures.
